Wednesday 23rd March

We had great fun on the last day of term with a hunt to find lots of clues, working in our houses, then our reward was an Easter egg in the hall. Special thanks for our wonderful PFA for buying so much chocolate for us!
We learnt lots about the great Fire of London from the Fantastic Foxes in their special assembly and one lucky Badger got to sit at ‘the top table ‘ at lunchtime!

Thursday 17th March

We had a wonderful day and enjoyed all aspects of our learning- what fun!
We went to the Kid Lit event at Oundle School ‘s Great Hall. The authors and illustrators Sarah McIntyre and Simon Reeve told us all about their book Pugs of the Frozen North – and we leant how to draw pugs. We leant how to plan our writing by making it into an adventure game with perils- it was the best talk ever!
In the afternoon we went to the Fun Field and all ran a mile (or more!) for Sport’s Relief.

Day 3 at the Frontier Centre

Our final day arrived and the children completed the activities. Miss Aldous and Mrs Campo have been amazed by our incredible behaviour, positive attitudes, perseverance, independence, confidence, manners, supportive friendships and wonderful personalities. It has been a real pleasure to be a part of the residential experience and to see the children grow. We’re sure they will be busy sharing all their lovely stories with you already. We are very proud of you YEAR 3! Well done!
